The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the Department) is collecting your personal information to facilitate your attendance at the State Funeral Service for the Honourable Ron Boswell AO.

For the same purpose, we may provide some of your information to other third parties including the family of Mr Boswell, the Queensland Premier’s Department, State and Federal police services, and to the Cathedral of St Stephen only if required, on a needs to know basis, for the delivery of the State Funeral Service.

Providing the requested information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide us with your information we will be unable to register your attendance or provide you with a notification for this event.
