The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the Department) is collecting your personal information to facilitate your attendance at the State Funeral for the Honourable Kevin Andrews.

For the same purpose, we may provide some of this information to other third-party event organisers, e.g. Victorian Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Federal and State Police, and the family of Mr Andrews only if required, on a needs to know basis, for the delivery of the State Funeral.

Providing the requested information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide us with your information we will be unable to register your attendance or provide you with a notification for this event. The Department will not use or disclose the information collected from you, other than for the purpose/s described above, unless you have provided consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.
